We have a 6 year old who has some skills and can label some items.  He is very behaviorally challenged and difficult to manage.   He bites, screams, elopes, kicks.  Very attention seeking and overall non – compliant. Proximal and environmental controls are required.    Of course he does like to eat and will sign and ask for more.
